Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for a dedicated Night Senior Carer to join the team at Cedars Care Home. In this role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants and support the clinical team in specialised areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews—all while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge and understanding of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and deeply committed to individualised care.
Ambition: Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills, with fantastic career progression opportunities into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
