Company: Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency (Placing for Co-op Food Stores)

Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (12 hours per week + regular overtime)

About the Role

We are partnering with the Co-op to recruit a friendly and community-driven Customer Team Member for their fast-paced store in Bovey Tracey. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the store, helping deliver essential daily services to the local community.

Whether keeping shelves stocked, operating the tills, or promoting Co-op membership, you’ll play a key part in making life easier for our customers every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver friendly, thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills, helping to put things right when needed.
Store Operations: Keep shelves fully stocked, check prices, monitor dates and temperatures, and maintain stock accuracy.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and help the store stay connected with local and national causes.

What We Are Looking For

Passion & Attitude: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience: An interest in retail and working in a busy environment. No prior retail experience is necessary, as full, paid training is provided!
Flexibility: Ability to work a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts across the week, including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday).
