Salary: £34,000.00 per annum (plus excellent benefits)

About the Role

This is a highly rewarding leadership position where you will take full accountability for a specialist service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Based across the West Bromwich and Birmingham areas, you will shape a positive, values-led culture, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care while inspiring your team to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance (Leading with Integrity): Maintain overall accountability for the safe running of the service in full compliance with CQC standards. Drive continuous improvement through audits, KPIs, and spot checks, while participating in the on-call rota.
People & Team Leadership: Recruit, induct, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Deliver meaningful supervisions, handle HR processes, and act as a positive role model and mentor.
Operational & Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial performance, drive occupancy, and ensure efficient delivery of commissioned hours without compromising on high-quality care.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or actively working towards it).
A recognized Leadership/Management qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
Proven experience as a CQC/CIW Registered Manager.
Strong background in adult safeguarding and working alongside statutory authorities.
Demonstrated experience in team recruitment, performance management, and budget handling.

IOSH Working Safely qualification is desirable.
