About the Position

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with the Co-op to recruit a driven and capable Customer Team Leader for their Modbury store.

If you are looking to take the next step toward managing your own store, this role offers an incredible opportunity. You will lead a small, fast-paced team, deliver essential services to the local community, and play a hands-on role on the shop floor. Whether managing tills, keeping shelves stocked, or supporting daily store performance, you will set the pace and help make life easier for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading, motivating, and coaching your team during your shift.
Store Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, driving merchandising, stock accuracy, and efficient daily operations.
Community & Membership: Champion Co-op membership growth and engage with local and national community initiatives.
Flexible Working: Cover a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6:00 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). (Note: Must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales).
