About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, hands-on individuals for their Market Street and Café team in Southport.

In this role, you will prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for. Whether you are serving warm meals in the Café or preparing fresh pizzas, fish, or meat on Market Street, you will play a key part in creating a special customer experience every day. You will also receive training across other store areas like Replenishment and Customer Service, making adaptability and teamwork essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food in the store Café and across Market Street counters (such as fresh fish, meat, and pizza).
Deliver exceptional, friendly service that leaves customers feeling looked after and welcome.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities.
Provide flexible support across other store departments, including Replenishment and Customer Service, as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace while strictly following operational processes.

What We Are Looking For

A helpful, friendly approach with a genuine passion for putting customers first.
Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and working in a busy, structured retail and food preparation environment.
Comfortable handling equipment safely and adhering to food safety and store processes.
Fully flexible availability across Monday to Sunday (7:00 AM - 9:00 PM).
Must be over the school leaver’s age (certain age and health/safety restrictions apply).
