About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll ensure residents feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the night. Key responsibilities include:

Nighttime Support: Assisting residents with personal care, nighttime routines, and daily living needs.
Companionship & Comfort: Providing reassurance, a warm presence, and a calm, comforting environment during night hours.
Care Plan Delivery: Following personalized care plans and supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

About You

We are looking for a people-person with a positive, can-do attitude who meets the following criteria:

Experience: Some previous experience of caring for older people is essential.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate warmly with residents and colleagues.
Attributes: High levels of empathy, a warm-hearted approach, and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of person-centred care.
