About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a reliable, hands-on Night Shift Customer Assistant for their Shrewsbury store.

In this overnight role, you will work behind the scenes to get the store fully prepared for the next trading day. You will unload incoming deliveries, replenish stock, and ensure our shelves are clean, tidy, and fully stocked so customers can easily find what they need when doors open. You will also receive cross-training across other store departments like Market Street and Service to support overall team success.

Key Responsibilities

Unload store deliveries efficiently during night shifts.
Replenish stock and ensure shelves are clean, tidy, and fully stocked for daytime customers.
Work effectively in a busy, structured overnight environment.
Provide flexible support across other store areas, such as Market Street and Service, as required.
Maintain a helpful, customer-first approach and adhere to all health, safety, and operational processes.

What We Are Looking For

A reliable, helpful, and hands-on approach with a strong commitment to team goals.
Enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced, structured overnight environment.
Comfortable using equipment safely and following established store processes.
Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for this night shift role.
Available to work Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
