About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank / Relief Night Carer for Lent Rise House. Situated in the heart of Burnham between Slough and Maidenhead, Lent Rise House provides expert nursing care and support within a warm, friendly community featuring wonderful facilities like a sun lounge, quiet room, and activity areas.

As a Night Carer, you will play a crucial role through the night hours, ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well-cared for. From supporting personal care routines to offering a comforting presence and reassurance, you will help create a peaceful, safe environment where residents can rest easy.

Key Responsibilities

Night-Time Support: Assist residents with personal care routines, nighttime assistance, and mobility needs with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Peace & Comfort: Maintain a calm, safe, and secure environment throughout the night, monitoring resident wellbeing closely.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, reassurance, and a friendly ear to residents who may wake up during the night.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night team and handover colleagues to ensure consistent, high-standard care.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Both experienced night carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development.
Personality: A warm, patient, empathetic, and reliable nature with a calm presence during night hours.
