Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Shift Pattern: Greenside Farmers Boy Production Leader Sausage Day, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 5 out of 7 days

About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Myton Food Group (part of Morrisons) to recruit a proactive and driven Manufacturing Line Leader - Production for their Bradford site.

In this vital leadership role, you will oversee a set area of production, driving team standards to ensure consistency of delivery. You’ll provide the necessary tools and training to help colleagues understand key ways of working, listen to their feedback, and implement process improvements that speed up and simplify daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Line Leadership & Oversight: Oversee a designated production area, ensuring high standards and consistency in operational delivery.
Colleague Training & Support: Educate and guide team members on correct procedures, standard ways of working, and site processes.
Process Improvement: Listen to colleague feedback, take action to resolve issues, and drive improvements that streamline workflows.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work flexibly to support and liaise with other teams across the manufacturing facility.
