What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents in their own homes
Assist with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks with dignity and respect
Provide companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional support
Help foster a positive, professional team working ethos as a senior team member

What We Are Looking For

A minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or at least 1 year's experience in care
Good people skills with strong empathy and a caring, compassionate nature
A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Flexibility to work alternating weekends and night shifts
