About the Role

Are you ready to take the next step toward managing your own store? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering to recruit a motivated and dynamic Customer Team Leader for a busy food store in Broadford.

In this full-time role, you’ll lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, keeping shelves stocked, delivering essential services, and making life easier for our local customers. Whether you're supporting the bakery, home delivery drivers, or general store operations, you will set the pace on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Your Shift: Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading, motivating, and coaching your shift team.
Hands-On Operations: Work actively on the shop floor and tills, maintaining high standards of merchandising, stock accuracy, and efficiency.
Community & Membership: Champion Co-op values through local community engagement and driving membership growth.
Team Support: Guide Customer Team Members and support store performance, including basic HR processes.

What We Are Looking For

Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or older to authorise age-related sales.
Core Traits: A passion for people, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexibly and lead by example.
Flexibility: Available for a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts across the week, including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift.
Experience: Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is welcome, but not essential—full training is provided, and no CV is needed to apply!
