About the Role

Are you friendly, reliable, and looking for an active, hands-on role? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find dedicated team members for their Replenishment team at the Portobello Road store in Edinburgh!

In this role, you will work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with a wonderful variety of fresh and ambient products. You will operate in a fast-paced, structured environment using clear daily routines and timed activities to ensure everything runs smoothly so shoppers can always find what they need.

Because early shifts can start from 4:00 AM, reliability and flexibility are key. You will also have the opportunity to receive cross-training to support other busy areas of the store, such as Market Street or Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

Keep shop floor shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient groceries efficiently.
Maintain clear routines and timed processes in a fast-paced retail setting.
Provide a helpful, friendly approach, assisting customers and resolving their queries.
Operate store equipment safely and correctly following health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate flexibly across different departments—such as Market Street or Customer Service—whenever needed.
