About the Role

Join a vibrant, close-knit warehouse team driving Aldi’s rapid expansion! As a Selector Ambient, you’ll play a critical role in keeping store shelves stocked by picking stock for specific stores and loading pallets ready for delivery drivers to collect.

Using a headset system, you will receive real-time voice instructions to accurately select products, verify store numbers, and ensure paperwork is correct. Our warehouse teams are the heart of our operations—without them, stores simply can't open!

Key Responsibilities

Voice-Guided Picking: Receive and execute stock-picking instructions accurately through a headset.
Palletizing: Carefully stack and load picked items onto appropriate pallets for driver collection.
Accuracy & Quality: Double-check store numbers, verify paperwork, and ensure high-quality order fulfillment.
Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with your team to maintain warehouse pace and standards.

Shift Details & Contract

Contract: 30 hours per week (Permanent)
Shift Times: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Working Days: Shifts will include working on weekends.
