About the Role

As a Bank Activities Assistant at Wimbledon Beaumont, you will help create a stimulating, life-celebrating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support. Working on a flexible, casual basis to cover annual leave or sick leave, your responsibilities will include:

Devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to every resident's individual interests and abilities.
Getting to know residents and their families to build personalized programs focused on maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Inspiring both residents and staff to participate in engaging events both within the home and out in the local community.
Bringing your dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm to a deeply rewarding role.
