About the Role

As a Bank Senior Night Care Assistant at Peony Court, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care through the night hours. Working flexibly on a casual basis, your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager during night shifts.
Supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
Respecting the dignity, privacy, and individual preferences of our residents at all times.
Playing a vital role in creating a safe, warm, welcoming, and vibrant night-time environment.

About You

We are looking for warm-hearted, motivational leaders who are committed to high-standard care. To join us, you will need:

An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Genuine compassion, a warm-hearted approach, and a commitment to individualised care.
