Position: Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank - Care Home

Location: Kernow House Care Centre, Landlake Road, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 9HP

Pay Rate: £24.68 per hour

Hours: Bank / Casual (Flexible working hours to cover annual leave or sick leave as needed)

Shift Pattern: Days or Nights Available

About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for Kernow House Care Centre.

In this flexible, part-time role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, helping to deliver the high-quality care they deserve. You will create a safe, supportive environment for individuals with a range of physical and mental needs while utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administering medication safely and effectively.
Applying a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Delivering clinical excellence with the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way.

About You

To join Barchester as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will need:

Current NMC registration with a solid knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
