Warehouse Operations - Selector (Nights)

Salary: £14.93 - £18.66 per hour

Shift Pattern: Start time 19:00 (finish times may vary based on business requirements; fixed rolling rota provided for consistent days off)

About the Role

Are you looking for a secure, permanent night shift role with a fast-growing, industry-leading team? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our client to recruit dedicated Warehouse Selectors for night operations at the Swindon Distribution Centre.

As part of a fun, close-knit team, you will accurately "pick" stock for specific stores and load them onto the right pallets, ensuring everything is ready for our drivers to collect.

The Role: Receiving instructions through a headset, you will need to stay sharp and pay close attention to critical details, such as store numbers and accurate paperwork. Working in our ambient area, you will handle products ranging from tinned foods to health and beauty items.
Duties Include:
- Receiving instructions via headset
- Picking stock and palletizing
- LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) driving (willingness to use a LLOP is essential; full training provided)
- Wrapping pallets for dispatch
- Cleaning and maintaining an organized work environment
- Achieving picking targets
Requirements: Previous experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
