Location: Lydfords Care Home, 23 High Street, Lewes, BN8 6DR

Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour

Hours: 33.00 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship—and sharing great moments and memories too.

About You

To join us as a Care Assistant, you will need:

Some previous experience of caring for older people.
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
Empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for delivering the highest standard of support.
Full training and development will be provided to ensure you thrive in your role.
