Hours: Part-time, 12 hours per week (Permanent contract + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: Opening shifts with 6am starts through to early afternoon, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability to be discussed at interview. (Role includes working in our in-store bakery).
Salary: £13.04 per hour

About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Team Member to join our partner store team in Newcastle Emlyn. Be part of a team dedicated to helping our customers by providing great service on the tills and shop floor, restocking shelves, and working in our in-store bakery. No prior retail experience is necessary, as full, paid training is provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Bakery: Put customers first by responding to queries, championing products and membership, working in our in-store bakery, and delivering a great shopping experience.
Teamwork: Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members and make everyone's day better.
Store Standards: Make sure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
Change & Community: Help introduce new products smoothly, share experiences with colleagues, and get involved in local community activities and events.
