About the Role

Are you an experienced, compassionate care professional looking for a secure, full-time permanent night-time leadership role where you can guide a dedicated team and deliver exceptional, person-centred care?

As a Senior Night Care Assistant at Cheshire Grange Care Home, you will oversee and support residents' nightly needs while supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also assist the clinical team in specialised areas—such as medication, care reviews, assessments, and care plans—ensuring all residents are treated with utmost dignity and respect throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of Night Care Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Clinical Support: Assist the clinical team with specific responsibilities, including medication management, care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.
Person-Centred Care: Deliver and oversee compassionate, warm-hearted nightly support that prioritises residents' comfort, dignity, and independence.

What New Recruits Need to Have

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Specific knowledge and experience of clinical care for older people.
Personality: Warm-hearted, compassionate, highly motivated, and dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential!
