As a Bank Housekeeping Assistant at Oak Grange Care Home, you will provide vital cover for planned or unplanned absences, carrying out a variety of essential cleaning and housekeeping tasks. By ensuring our home is always spotless, safe, and welcoming, you will have a direct, positive impact on our residents, their visitors, and the dedicated staff who support them.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Hygiene: Undertake a variety of cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the home.
Warm Environment: Help foster a clean, tidy, and homely atmosphere where residents feel comfortable and proud to live.
Flexibility: Work casual bank daytime hours on an as-needed basis to cover annual leave, sick leave, and rota gaps.
