About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a reliable and hands-on Customer Assistant - Nights for their store in North Shields.

Working overnight, you will play a vital role in getting the store ready for the new day. Your duties will include unloading deliveries, replenishing stock, and ensuring shelves are clean, tidy, and fully stocked so customers can easily find what they need when the doors open.

(Please note: Applicants must be 18 or over due to the nature of the night shifts.)

Key Responsibilities:

Overnight Replenishment: Unload store deliveries and restock shelves efficiently to ensure full availability across the shop floor.
Store Standards: Keep aisles clean, tidy, and organized throughout the night.
Flexible Teamwork: Train and support other store departments, such as Market Street and Customer Service, as needed.
Safety & Compliance: Use equipment safely and follow all store operational processes.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Adaptability: Comfortable working overnight hours (10:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and assisting across different store areas.
