Working as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver the exceptional care they deserve. You will create a safe, supportive environment for individuals with a range of needs, utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, and administer medicine safely.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualized clinical care for residents.
Administer medication safely and oversee clinical procedures with precision.
Make critical clinical judgements and maintain compliance with professional guidelines.
Create a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment across flexible day or night shifts.

Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)

Valid, active NMC registration (RGN).
Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A dedicated, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to nursing.
