At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we connect purpose-driven individuals with care environments where they can make a genuine impact. We are currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join the incredible team at Conquest Lodge.

Located on a modern housing estate in the market town of March, Cambridgeshire (just 20 minutes from the town centre), Conquest Lodge is a vibrant, residential service supporting 19 men and women living with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

## What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker and Key Worker, you are the heart of our service. You will provide direct, person-centred care to help residents live fulfilling lives. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Daily Living Support: Providing personal care and helping residents with daily tasks, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity.
Community & Connection: Encouraging and assisting residents to participate in hobbies, social events, and local community life.
Goal Achievement: Acting as a Key Worker for individuals—helping them set personal goals, track their progress, and achieve positive outcomes on their own terms.
Documentation & Safety: Maintaining accurate, detailed care plans, charts, and daily notes while strictly upholding safety and confidentiality regulations.
Collaboration: Building trust and positive relationships with residents, their families, and your fellow multidisciplinary team members.
