Barchester is looking for a warm and enthusiastic Bank Activities Coordinator to join the community at Kenwyn Care Home. In this casual, flexible role, you will provide cover as needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave), helping to create a stimulating, fun, and motivational environment where residents can celebrate life, pursue their interests, and stay socially engaged.

Key Responsibilities

Activity Planning: Design and deliver imaginative, tailored activities programmes focused on maximizing residents' wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Resident Engagement: Spend time getting to know residents and their families to build personalized activities suited to every interest and ability.
Community Connection: Use your infectious enthusiasm to inspire residents and staff to participate in events both within the home and the local community.
Flexible Support: Provide vital casual cover to ensure residents continue to enjoy a vibrant, fulfilling lifestyle.
