What You’ll Receive:

Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Full-time position working 40 hours per week

What You Will Be Doing:

Answer the telephone, take and relay messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Maintain the office diary, scheduling appointments and meetings using the manager's Outlook calendar.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visiting professionals such as GPs and district nurses.
Understand arrangements for safeguarding residents against the risk of abuse by identifying possibilities and responding appropriately.
Ensure all files are up to date and ready for auditing as required.
Attend staff meetings to take minutes, share service development information, and exchange ideas.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience within an administrative function, ideally in the Health & Social Care industry.
Self-motivated and well-organised approach.
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Good level of IT competency.
Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer visa sponsorship).
