About the Role

Are you an experienced, compassionate care professional looking for a permanent night-time leadership role where you can guide a dedicated team and make a true difference?

As a Night Senior Carer at Iddenshall Hall Care Home, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while supporting the clinical team in specialised areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or reviews—all while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, support, and inspire a dedicated team of Night Care Assistants throughout the shift.
Clinical Support: Assist the clinical team in specific areas including medication administration, care plan management, assessments, and care reviews.
Person-Centred Care: Deliver exceptional individualized care while always respecting the dignity, choices, and preferences of residents.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Personality: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering the highest standards of support. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential!
