Physical Health & Wellbeing Coach – Warrington, UK

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Physical Health & Wellbeing Coach to join St Mary's Hospital in Warrington.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated fitness professional to support adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and mental health conditions through personalised fitness, wellbeing, and healthy lifestyle programmes. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in helping patients improve their physical health, confidence, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one and group fitness sessions.
Develop personalised exercise and wellbeing programmes.
Promote healthy lifestyle choices and physical activity.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure safe use of gym equipment and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
Relevant sports coaching qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs is desirable.
