Bank Maintenance Assistant

Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Bank Maintenance Assistant to join the team at the Avalon Centre in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK.

As a Bank Maintenance Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring the facilities remain safe and well-maintained for service users, staff and visitors.

About the Role

As a Bank Maintenance Assistant, you will support the maintenance team with planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and general upkeep of the service. You'll also work with contractors and help ensure the site remains compliant with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and preventative maintenance.
Assist with general repairs and building maintenance.
Support painting and decorating tasks.
Report faults and maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate with contractors during maintenance work.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
