About the Role

This is a casual, flexible role offering great variety. As a Bank Admin Assistant, you will carry out a range of responsibilities to support the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

Your duties will include:

Answering telephone calls with a confident and professional manner.
Handling files and providing key administrative support to home managers.
Meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around the home.
Helping to foster a vibrant, welcoming, and happy environment across everything you do.
