Pay Rate: Up to £26.90 per hour

Contract Type: Full Time (36 hours per week, mixture of day and night shifts from 07:45 - 20:00 and 19:45 - 08:00, including alternate weekends)

What You Will Do

Motivate, mentor, and develop a team of care staff while ensuring residents' clinical needs are fully met
Assist residents with personal care in accordance with individual care plans
Liaise with care home management, family members, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure optimal care provision
Administer and record medication safely and in line with company policies
Monitor resident nutrition, hydration, and clinical well-being (including pressure wound management and personal care tracking)
Participate in and promote engaging resident activities

What We Are Looking For

A valid, in-date NMC pin without restrictions to practice
Evidence of recent clinical CPD
Previous experience working in a care home setting or hospital environment
Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Flexibility to work a mixture of day and night shifts, including alternate weekends
