About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a talented, experienced, and creative Chef de Partie for their busy Catering team at the Bradford Head Office (Hilmore House).

In this exciting kitchen role, you will showcase your culinary skills and innovation while maintaining a fantastic work-life balance. Working in a busy 600-seat restaurant operation, your dedicated team provides a variety of hot and cold healthy options, seasonal meals, modern street food, and traditional classics. You will lead by example, ensure high standards of quality and hygiene, and enjoy a general daily finish time around 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Personally cook and serve food to a high standard, demonstrating a passion for food and culinary innovation.
Deliver effectively under pressure within a large-scale, fast-paced catering kitchen environment.
Share culinary knowledge, mentor team members, and lead by example.
Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
Work flexibly to support additional or changed shifts when required (including occasional Saturdays and event evenings).

What We Are Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a Chef de Partie level or higher in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification.
Proven ability to thrive under pressure in large-scale catering operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently on your own initiative as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexible attitude towards shift patterns to support team needs.
