Located on a quiet, peaceful street near the vibrant town centre of Plympton, Devon, Ridgecott is a warm and welcoming residential home. The service provides specialized, person-centred support for up to 10 men and women who are autistic, have a learning disability, or have associated mental health needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside a supportive and expert multi-disciplinary team, you will take a highly personalized approach to care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Person-Centred Care: Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and daily implementation of individual care and support plans.
Empowering Independence: Helping residents manage routine daily tasks, develop life skills, and choose activities that bring them joy and fulfillment.
Therapeutic Wellbeing: Participating in proven, evidence-based therapies designed to promote the health, dignity, and personal growth of each resident.
Community Engagement: Helping residents safely access the local town centre, participate in social activities, and maintain a bright, active life.
