Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement and Regulation Manager to join a leading health and social care provider. This field-based position covers the South of England (Southampton to Guildford region) with home working and periodic overnight travel. In this strategic role, you will work directly with regional leadership and directorates to monitor compliance standards, conduct quality reviews, and implement operational frameworks across care services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct annual Quality Improvement Reviews (QIR) and support visits across care services to evaluate compliance against regulatory standards and internal policies.
Analyze clinical and operational data to assess risk, produce detailed action plans, and provide regulatory advice to management teams.
Participate in the central Regulation Duty Desk rotation, draft compliance policies, and lead targeted quality enhancement projects.

Requirements

Background in health and social care regulation, quality assurance, inspection frameworks, or experience as a Registered Manager.
Thorough understanding of current care sector regulations with proven ability to analyze data, evaluate evidence, and mentor operational teams.
Resilience, strong written report-writing skills, a solution-focused approach, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel.
