The Role

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Stock Assistants on behalf of our market-leading supermarket client (Aldi) in Ashford (Waterbrook).

In this fast-paced position, you will be the backbone of daily store operations. You’ll make sure shelves are fully stocked, products look their absolute best, and deliveries are handled with precision—all while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for everyday shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Replenishment: Fill shelves efficiently at pace to ensure top product availability for customers.
Delivery & Quality Checks: Check incoming deliveries and monitor product quality, removing any items that fall below standards.
Customer Support: Offer friendly, approachable customer service to help create an exceptional shopping experience.

Skills & Experience Required

High Energy & Pace: Comfortable replenishing stock quickly and staying active on your feet.
Great Attitude: Friendly, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand to teammates and customers.
Can-Do Mindset: Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
No Experience Required: Previous retail experience is a nice bonus, but your work ethic and attitude matter most!

What’s on Offer

Competitive Pay: £13.12 per hour.
Flexible Contracts: Part-time hours ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week.
Paid Leave: 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
