Location: Oaklands Care Home, Bottisham, Cambridge, CB25 9BX
Pay Rate: £21.41 per hour
Hours: Flexible / As and when needed (Bank / Casual contract)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available

About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide cover as needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave) to ensure continuity of exceptional care. Your core responsibilities will include:

Looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents with diverse physical and mental health requirements
Making critical clinical judgements and creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
Developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and driving excellence across all clinical duties

About You

To join the team as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will need:

Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN) with a strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
A dedicated, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to person-centred nursing
