Position: Customer Team Member

Location: Commercial Road Tideswell, Buxton, SK17 8NU

Agency Partner: Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (18 hours per week + regular overtime)

Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

Working Pattern: Closing shifts from 3:00 PM through to 10:00 PM and close, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday, to be discussed at interview)

In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly team delivering essential daily services to your community. Whether you're working on the shop floor, operating tills, or keeping shelves stocked and secure, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver friendly, thoughtful service, helping to put things right and creating a great shopping experience.
Store Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keep shelves stocked, check prices, dates, and stock accuracy, and ensure the store remains safe and legal.
Teamwork: Work closely with your team to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and help your store stay connected with the local community.
