Pay Rate: £25.57 per hour (Inclusive of 12.07% bank worker enhancement)
Shifts: Mixed (Days/Nights available – casual/flexible cover)
Closing Date: 29 August 2026

About the Role

This is a casual, part-time position offering true working flexibility. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver exceptional, high-quality care.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental healthcare needs.
Using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and ensuring clinical excellence across everything you do.

What We Are Looking For

To join us as a Registered Nurse, you must possess:

Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
