About the Role

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will take pride in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, managing costs, and boosting operational efficiency. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help train team members, oversee displays, and hit key targets.

Key Responsibilities

Store Leadership: Step up to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Customer Service: Lead by example to deliver service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Team & Performance Support: Assist the Store Manager in driving employee engagement and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Inventory & Quality: Monitor product standards and consistently manage stock rotation.
Financial Management: Oversee till cashing up, till reconciliations, and safe deposits.
Compliance: Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines and due diligence standards are strictly maintained.

Skills & Experience

Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Operational Skills: Strong time management and cost control abilities.
Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a focus on consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
Service & Standards: Excellent customer service mindset and strong compliance awareness.
Background: Previous Store Management experience is a plus, but not essential—leadership capability and the right drive matter most!
