Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)

About the Role

We are partnering with the Co-op to recruit a friendly and community-driven Customer Team Member for their fast-paced store in Culloden. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the store, helping deliver essential daily services to the local community.

Whether keeping shelves stocked, operating the tills, or promoting Co-op membership, you’ll play a key part in making life easier for our customers every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills, responding to queries and creating a great shopping experience.
Store Operations: Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly, stock shelves, check prices, monitor dates, and maintain safety and legality standards.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and get involved in local community activities and events.

What We Are Looking For

Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over (due to business needs involving working before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM).
Passion & Attitude: A genuine care for the needs of customers and members, with great people skills and a positive approach to problem-solving.
Experience: An interest in retail and working in a busy environment. No prior retail experience is necessary, as full, paid training is provided!
Flexibility: Available to work varied shifts including early mornings (5:45 AM opening), afternoons, and late evenings (10:00 PM closing), including at least 1 weekend shift (to be discussed at interview).
