Position: Customer Team Member

Location: Royal Bank Buildings Main Street, Corpach, PH33 7JG

Agency Partner: Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (12 hours per week + regular overtime)

Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

Working Pattern: Shifts fall between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, with the exception of Wednesday (9:00 AM – 1:30 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM). Duties will include working on our Post Office Counters.

In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly team delivering essential daily services to your community. Whether you're working on the shop floor, operating tills, or supporting our Post Office counters, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver friendly, thoughtful service, helping to put things right and creating a great shopping experience.
Store Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor, keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and support transactions on the Post Office counter.
Teamwork: Work closely with your team to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and help your store stay connected with the local community.

Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or older due to business-related needs (such as working before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM).

Experience: An interest in retail and working in a busy environment is key, but previous experience is not essential—full training is provided, and no CV is needed to apply!
