Location: Bampton, Oxfordshire
Contract Type: Regular / Full-Time
Salary: £43,180 - £50,444 (Assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will balance direct relationship-building with our young people alongside vital staff management responsibilities:

Staff Guidance: Support, mentor, and inspire your colleagues on shift to maintain exceptional care standards.
Daily Management: Ensure the home runs smoothly and safely, actively preparing to step up and deputize for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
Creating Memories: Actively participate in the day-to-day lives of our residents, organizing activities and cultivating a secure, joyful environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a compassionate, emotionally resilient leader who can inspire both staff and residents:

Qualifications: You must hold a Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification (or equivalent).
License: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
Core Traits: A positive "can-do" attitude, natural empathy, honesty, and the resilience required to manage challenging behavioral situations.
Leadership Style: A supportive team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
