Key Responsibilities

Lead and empower store colleagues to always put the customer first and deliver exceptional service.
Listen and respond proactively to customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure market-leading product availability across the store.
Work collaboratively with other store managers to cultivate a supportive, performance-driven department culture.
Efficiently manage people routines, including scheduling, absence management, performance, and talent conversations.
Deliver targeted training to guarantee team members have the skills and confidence to excel.
Take a proactive leadership role within the store and plan resources thoroughly.

What We Are Looking For

To thrive in this management role, you will need:

Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, service, or travel/tourism backgrounds are welcome).
Exceptional communication skills to share knowledge, best practices, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Adaptability to change, a flexible mindset, and the ability to challenge effectively.
A strong customer-first commitment, actively listening and responding to both customers and colleagues.
