Job Details

Role: Store Manager (Store Operations)
Locations: Dudley, Bridgnorth, Brierley Hill, Dudley (Priory Road), Kingswinford, Netherton, Sedgley, Stourbridge, Thorns Road (Lye), Wollaston
Salary: £52,910 – £69,000 per annum (pro rata based on contract hours)
Contract Type: Permanent (Flexible contract options available: 40 or 45 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same when you’re driving the success of a major retail store:

Operational Excellence: Manage logistics, deliveries, ordering, and scheduling to hit demanding operational targets and minimize costs.
Team Leadership: Motivate, develop, and handle performance management for your store team to build a culture of pride and success.
Sales & Performance: Take full accountability for maximizing sales, maintaining high standards, and consistently achieving key operational targets.
Customer Service & Compliance: Ensure flawless store presentation, handle customer queries, conduct till checks, and maintain benchmark standards.

Proven Management Experience: Track record as an accomplished people manager leading teams in fast-paced, customer/stakeholder-driven environments.
Commercial Acumen: Skilled in cost control, time management, and boosting overall operational efficiency.
