🧹 About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a dependable Cleaner to help maintain a clean, hygienic and safe environment throughout Y Pant Comprehensive School.

You will be allocated a specific area to clean each day. Depending on your assigned area, your duties may include cleaning:

Toilets and washroom facilities
Classrooms
Corridors and communal areas
Staff rooms
School halls
Indoor sports areas and changing rooms
Offices and other internal areas

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

Sanitising toilets, sinks, floors, soap dispensers, hand dryers, cubicles and pipework
Hoovering, sweeping and mopping floors
Cleaning skirting boards and window cills
Cleaning desks, shelves and other hard furnishings
Sanitising showers and changing-room areas
Cleaning staff-room sinks, work surfaces and floors
Emptying waste bins throughout the school
Using cleaning equipment, including a scrubber dryer where required
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Following relevant health and safety and cleaning procedures

Full training will be provided, including training on any equipment required for the role.

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
