About the Role

Are you friendly, reliable, and looking for an active, hands-on role on the shop floor? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Customer Assistant - Replenishment for their Abbeydale store in Gloucester.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, structured environment utilizing clear routines to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products. You will ensure customers can always find what they need when they need it. Because you will also receive cross-training to support other areas—such as Market Street or Customer Service—this is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile team player who is ready to help wherever they are needed.

Key Responsibilities

Shelf Replenishment: Keep the shop floor fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products, following clear routines and timed activities.
Early Starts & Flexibility: Handle shift patterns that can start from 04:00 across Monday to Sunday operations.
Cross-Store Support: Assist across various other departments, including Market Street and Customer Service, as business needs require.
Customer Care: Approach every shopper interaction with a helpful and friendly attitude, supporting customers and resolving queries.
