As a Bank General Assistant at Lawton Manor Care Home, no two days will be the same. You will carry out a wide range of tasks across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering to ensure our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. By putting residents first and building positive relationships, you will play a direct role in making their experience happy, comfortable, and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

Multifunctional Support: Undertake diverse responsibilities spanning housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering tasks.
Environment: Help maintain a clean, safe, warm, and homely atmosphere throughout the care home.
Resident Engagement: Build positive professional relationships with residents, ensuring their daily experiences are happy and supportive.
Flexibility: Work casual bank hours on an as-needed basis to provide cover across different departments.
