About the Role

Working with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Bank Care Assistant at Ashfields Care Home. In this flexible, casual role, you will help residents enjoy each day by delivering compassionate support, daily living assistance, and meaningful companionship. From following care plans to providing dedicated one-to-one time and sharing special moments, every day will be wonderfully varied and rewarding.

About You

To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need:

Prior experience in caring for older people
A positive, can-do approach and strong communication skills
Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and deep compassion
