Located in the historic city of Armagh, Apple Mews is a vibrant, modern service offering residential and nursing support for 30 adults. The residents have a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical and medical needs requiring nursing care, acquired brain injuries, and communication difficulties. What You’ll Be Doing

In this flexible Bank role, you will act as a positive role model on the floor, providing supervision, direction, and high-quality, person-centered care.

Shift Leadership: Take charge during shifts, handling role allocation, team communication, and smooth handovers.
Operational Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations, support team performance, and deliver team supervisions to encourage professional growth.
Resident Advocacy: Ensure person-centered care plans are accurately followed, encouraging residents to engage in daily activities that promote independence.
Clinical & Compliance Duties: Safely administer medication, manage service users' finances according to policy, and maintain exact, legally compliant record-keeping.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience: Previous experience working as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker is essential.
Leadership Presence: Proven ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team, backed by brilliant communication and relationship-building skills.
Adaptability & Innovation: Because this is a Bank role, you need to be highly flexible, reliable, and capable of thinking innovatively on your feet.

Please note: This role is subject to a successful Access NI / DBS check, which will be fully covered and paid for by Priory.
