Location: Marriott House and Lodge Care Home, Tollhouse Close, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1SG

Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

Hours: 36.00 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Night Shifts

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll help residents rest peacefully and support them through the night by making sure they get the quality care and compassion they deserve. You’ll assist with nightly routines, provide comforting support, and ensure a calm, safe, and secure environment during the night hours.

Every night will bring unique moments to make a positive difference. Whether following individual care plans, assisting with nighttime needs, or offering a reassuring presence, this is an opportunity to put your dedication and skills to meaningful use.

About You

To join us as a Night Care Assistant, you will need:

Some previous experience of caring for older people.
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
Empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for delivering the highest standard of support.
Full training and development will be provided to ensure you thrive in your role.
